He is very knowledgeable and the person you want to have your back for an inspection for a new home purchase. I Highly recommend this inspector!!! Great price too.

We have worked with Christian a few times and feel very comfortable about his knowledge of home structures and safety. While being very professional, he still takes time to explain findings so that the buyer is not confused and takes time for your questions. He is always fast, efficient and very through. He follows up with a complete report of the important details and clear pictures soon after the inspection. He was very accommodating to our needs!!!

Christian and 360 property inspections were amazing. Our inspection was scheduled so quickly and he went through to really go over everything he saw.
